I absolutely loved the ambiance of Serena Tulum - Adults Only. The hotel's decoration had a charming rustic feel, with cozy seating areas and beautiful greenery. It felt like a peaceful oasis in the middle of nature. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The paths were well-maintained and easy to navigate, allowing me to move around comfortably. The staff were incredibly helpful, always offering their support and making sure I felt taken care of. It was a truly wonderful experience.

The only thing I would have asked for to make it a better vacation for senior people is more seating options in the general areas of the hotel. It would have been nice to have more comfortable chairs or benches where seniors like me could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

It was a fabulous stay for 3 more nights. The personnel was welcoming and superfriendly. The room was very pretty and spacious, it had a shower and bath sheets. Location: the hotel was short walk to nice bars, shops and restaurants and a cute beautiful beach, and nearby restaurants and shops. Everything was simply fine😀🙂

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and highly recommend it! the staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They were always available to help with any questions or requests. Secondly, the rooms were comfortable and had a unique jungle bathroom concept that added to the charm of the place. Finally, the location was perfect, as it was nestled near the beach and surrounded by nature. It was a great escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

No major complaints, everything was just fine.

The complementary facts were great, we got a free drink at the bar and a voucher for a nearby restaurant. the dip in the pool was refreshing on a hot day. The location was great, close to other attractions and restaurants.

The bugs were constant in the tents, not even the mosquito net could keep them out. The breakfast was not worth the price, with small portions and mediocre options.

Mind-blowing glamping experience in a romantic and secluded jungle setting. Super comfortable bed, refreshing saltwater shower, and filtered water provided. Great location near beach, restaurants, and bars. Fantastic staff that upgraded our room and provided 24/7 communication through WhatsApp. Drool-worthy breakfast, free yoga class, and safe parking. Superb!

Walk, bike or take a short ride to any swimmable beaches. Take advantage of the breakfast surprise prepared daily by the chef and the privacy provided by the elevated tents.

Although the tents are cozy and surrounded by trees, their close proximity to other guests and the communal pool area comes at the expense of privacy.
